How to Invite Your Team
Invite staff to your clinic portal from the Team Members page and assign each person a role.
Want your front desk, prescribers, or other staff working in the portal with you? You can invite anyone by email from Team Members — each person gets their own login and a role that controls what they can see and do.
Invite a team member
Open Team Members
Select the gear menu in the portal, then select Team Members.
Select Invite User
Select Invite User to open the invitation form.
Enter their email and role, then send
Enter the person's email address, choose their role, and select Send invite. They'll receive an email invitation to join your clinic.
A member's role determines which sidebar items they can access — pages outside their permissions are hidden or disabled.
